Mark Dye
Mark began working with his father, Travis Dye, in 1998 and succeeded his father as president of the company in 2010. He has a strong passion for his work and enjoys serving our clients and the people affected by our projects. Mark earned a Bachelor of Science in industrial engineering from Mississippi State University where he met his wife, Romana. With over 25 years of professional experience in the right of way field, Mark has seen nearly every aspect of the business and looks forward to serving in the profession for many years to come. Aside from work, he enjoys fishing, hunting, farming, and spending time with his family. Mark is a member of First Presbyterian Church of Kosciusko, MS where he serves as a deacon.
Romana Dye
After raising their three children, Romana began working with her husband in 2015 and assists with the day-to-day operations of the company. She earned a Bachelor of Science in industrial technology from Mississippi State University. Outside of work, she enjoys fishing, spending time with her family, and cooking amazing food. She is a member of First Presbyterian Church of Kosciusko, MS with her husband.
Austin Dye
In 2019, Mark and Romana's oldest son, Austin, joined their team to learn the family business. Prior to working with his family, Austin earned a Bachelor of Science in civil and environmental engineering and worked as a land surveyor which provided much insight to the right of way field. He manages projects with his father and is an acquisition agent for the company. Aside from work, he enjoys hunting, fishing, farming, and spending time with his wife, Lisa, and family. Austin is a member of Grace Presbyterian Church in Starkville, MS where he serves as a deacon.
