With any project, communication is key.  That is why we provide weekly status reports to our clients to show the progress we have made and where our current focus lies.  In addition to weekly reports, we often contact our clients by telephone and email, and schedule meetings with them to ensure we are delivering the service they expect and to work around any obstacles we may encounter.  

With every project, we strive to help our clients achieve their goals in the most efficient manner possible.  Sometimes that means suggesting alternative solutions to our clients to complete a project in a more economical fashion.  We are not only here to do a job, we're here to do it right.  We are committed to working closely with our clients to understand their requirements and deliver the results they need.

When dealing with property owners on our projects, it's all about building trust with them.  When we meet with property owners, we build relationships with them to earn their trust.  We convince them that we represent them as equally as we represent our clients.  This helps us efficiently acquire the needed right of way with the power of eminent domain only being exercised as a last resort.  We strive to negotiate a situation where everyone wins.  

With every public project, there are certain State and Federal regulations that must be followed.  For federally funded projects, those funds could be lost without following the correct procedures.  We guarantee our clients that our work will be done in complete compliance with any and all regulations that may apply.  

Being a small, three-person, family business, we are able to oversee each aspect of our projects.  The owners of the company are the people doing the work.  This enables us to provide quality work to our clients.  Yes, our livelihood depends on it, but we love what we do.
